Step 2: Send your non-refundable deposit of $350 via PayPal
Step 3: Watch your email for your confirmation and invoice for the remainder of payment.
THE DETAILS:
Full investment of $1900 is due by January 5, 2017 The breakdown:
- $350 non-refundable deposit paid upon registration
- $775 due by October 1, 2016
- Remaining $775 due in full by January 5th, 2017
Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before December 1, 2016 will result in a total loss of your $350 non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations received between December 1, 2016 and January 15, 2017 will result in a loss of 50% of the total trip cost. Any cancellations received between January 15, 2017 and the final day of the retreat, March 4, 2017 will result in a 100% loss of the total trip cost and all moneys paid to retreat facilitators.
Retreat facilitators reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by retreat facilitators, all money paid will be fully refunded.
Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended to protect you in the event of an emergency. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
Retreat Inclusions
- Double occupancy bungalow or triple occupancy casita accommodations for 5 nights*
- 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches of decadent raw, whole, organic foods, local coffee, and fresh fruit juices served on site
- 1 group dinner on site
- 8 yoga classes including a variety of Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Slow Flow and Nidra facilitated by Crystal Hill of Yoga Elements and Jenn Shull of The Bold Thing
- 4 ontological life coaching group sessions facilitated by Jenn Shull of The Bold Thing and Sarah Crawford of Sitawi Life Coaching, LLC
- 3 evening ancient ritual Women’s Circles
- One afternoon group excursion hosted by a local guide:
- Tour of cacao farm
- Waterfall viewing/swim
- Safe travel to and from the airport with a private driver for our group on arrival/departure dates listed above (Airfare and other travel expenses not included)
*If you would prefer a single room, we can arrange that for you at an additional fee.

- Two 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions; one with Sarah, one with Jenn, to support you in integrating the transformative work after your return home.
Not Included in Retreat Pricing:
- 4 dinners on your own as well as snacks and all meals for travel dates

- Gratuity to lodge staff for exquisite service (recommended $30 per person total for entire stay)
- Two hotel stays in San Jose (for arrival and departure dates; retreat facilitators will coordinate this)
Booking Flights/Travel
Due to specific flight rates during this time and the intention of honoring our body’s needs both as women and as humans with the lengthy two-part travel itinerary, we request your travel dates to be as follows:
- Arrival to Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) on Saturday, February 25, 2017
- As a group, we will stay in a hotel* in San Jose that night, coordinated by facilitators, and travel together through private van to the lodge on Sunday morning, February 26, 2017.
- Departure from SJO on Saturday, March 4, 2017
- As a group, we will depart Tierra de Suenos Lodge on Friday, March 3, 2017 in the afternoon through private van and stay in a hotel* in San Jose that night, coordinated by facilitators, for Saturday morning flight departures.
*While these two hotel stays are not included in the price of the retreat, we will make every effort to creatively minimize the cost of the stays and will handle all coordination of this so you can relax and enjoy the ride!
