Testimonial

I met Sarah during a free life coaching session and immediately felt so inspired and motivated by our conversation. I had been “in the trenches” of stay-at-home parenthood after putting my deeply fulfilling nursing career on hold when our younger two kiddos were born. I was struggling to find myself and my sense of purpose outside of parenthood and even my initial chat with Sarah was hugely helpful in terms of pointing me in the right direction. While I knew that her group life coaching program, Foundation To Thrive, would be really beneficial for me, I was hesitant to make the financial investment. I finally decided to step outside of my comfort zone and sign up. Little did I know how transformative this investment in myself would be!

The framework and exercises in Sarah’s program invite her clients to “dig deep”—identifying patterned ways of being/coping mechanisms and limiting beliefs, establishing solid self-care practices, and finding our essence words or who we are at our core. Foundation To Thrive did exactly that for me—through our group work, I was able to look closely at and begin to unravel patterns or beliefs that keep me from being my highest self or that might stand in the way of my life’s purpose or goals. A year later, I have found my calling as an End Of Life Doula and completed two certificate programs with plans to launch my own RN/doula practice once our kids return to school. Foundation To Thrive also helped me realize that self-care is vital to my well-being and is really non-negotiable in terms of being the type of parent/ partner/ friend/ person I want to be and who I feel that I am as my best, most authentic self.

Sarah’s intuition and warm, open-hearted nature are such gifts to her clients and I formed lasting friendships with the other participants in the group as we embarked on this intimate, life-changing journey of self-discovery together. I highly recommend Sarah and any of her individual sessions or group offerings. She has clearly found her calling and I have endless gratitude for all that she has done to help me find my way and myself again. ~Jennifer Levenson
