Is it time to reclaim your freedom?

Do you ever feel like you are being urged forward by your crown chakra, whether you want to (or even know where you are going) or not?

It generally feels something like this:

  • an anxious urge to be taking massive action on “something”
  • a longing in your gut to make some kind of a difference, even if you do not know what that is
  • a deep inner knowing that you came here for something and it sure wasn’t to sit on the sidelines
  • an unsettled feeling, like status quo won’t cut it anymore
  • inspired moments of clarity and excitement followed by fear, discomfort and an inner voice that says, “Yeah right, who am I to say/do/be that?”
  • general frustration or repeated patterns of unworkability in a certain area of your life

If so, Spirit ain’t messing around.  It’s your time.

Let me tell you a story:

Two and a half years ago, I unexpectedly found myself standing in front of a room of 50 men in suits, talking to them about their souls.

That was awkward.

On the car ride home afterwards, I had a conversation with God that went something like this:

Me:  “What was that?!?”

(no response)

Me:  “I mean, why does it have to be SO UNCOMFORTABLE?!?”

I will never forget what I heard after that, clear as day:

“You didn’t come here to be comfortable.  You came here to make a difference.”

Crap.

There was no arguing that.  My soul knew it was true.

As a highly sensitive person and Empath, I get it can be really challenging to shine your light, speak your truth, put yourself out there to be seen.  When you are saying and doing things that matter, others might get uncomfortable.  And then you feel the energy of their discomfort, too.

But the thing is…

How comfortable is your comfort zone right now anyway?

And here is a sobering truth:  the responsibility you feel inside isn’t going anywhere regardless if you choose to act on it or not.

Sorry about that.

And the “pokes” probably won’t get any subtler either.

Darn it.

But the good news is you get to anchor your light and play the part you were born to play in birthing a new reality on our planet!  How cool is that?

If this is resonating with you, I invite you to do two things:

1.  Ask yourself this:  What if I looked fear in the face and thanked it for watching out for me, asked it what it wanted me to know, but then didn’t let it stop me?
2.  Trust yourself and take the first step.  (and if you don’t know what the first step is, be open to it automagically showing up within the next day or two)

It’s time.

Breathe, you were born for this,

Sarah
